Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, purchasing a plan, or using ReviewRobot, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use ReviewRobot for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. ReviewRobot is a business service and is not offered for personal, household, or consumer use.
Accounts and authorized users
You must provide accurate account, billing, and authorization information; keep access credentials secure; and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity by users you invite and for assigning appropriate roles.
You may connect only businesses, locations, reviews, and provider accounts that you are authorized to manage. You must notify support@reviewrobot.ai promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
The service and human approval
ReviewRobot helps monitor reviews, prepare AI-assisted reply drafts, coordinate approval, and, when enabled, send an approved reply to a connected provider. Drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular customer or industry. They are not legal, compliance, medical, or professional advice.
An authorized user must review every reply before posting. ReviewRobot is designed not to publish a reply without explicit approval, but you remain responsible for the text you approve, the accuracy of your business information, and compliance with provider rules and laws applicable to your business.
Real AI processing is not available for excluded regulated or highly sensitive uses. You must not submit protected health information, payment-card data, government identification numbers, account credentials, or other sensitive regulated information in reviews, settings, drafts, or support messages.
Acceptable use
- Do not access accounts, locations, or reviews without authority.
- Do not use ReviewRobot for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, approval requirements, or provider restrictions.
- Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's data.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or use ReviewRobot to build a competing service without written permission.
- Do not use automated means to access the service except through interfaces ReviewRobot expressly provides.
Subscriptions and billing
Plan price, billing interval, trial terms, included capacity, and any amount due are disclosed before checkout. Stripe processes payment details. Unless checkout says otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval until canceled.
You authorize ReviewRobot and Stripe to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees and applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may retry it, limit paid features, or suspend the subscription. Upgrades, downgrades, and capacity changes take effect as described in the application or at checkout.
You may cancel through the provided billing controls. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Removing a location, disconnecting Google, or stopping use of the service does not by itself cancel a paid subscription.
Third-party services
ReviewRobot interoperates with third-party services such as Google, OpenAI, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their separate terms and policies. ReviewRobot does not control their availability, APIs, policies, account decisions, or data. A third-party change may limit or end a ReviewRobot feature.
Your content and ReviewRobot property
As between you and ReviewRobot, you retain your rights in information you submit and drafts generated for your account, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You grant ReviewRobot a limited, worldwide right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service and follow your instructions.
ReviewRobot and its licensors retain all rights in the application, website, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and other service materials. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation to you.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. The receiving party will use that information only to perform under these terms and will protect it using reasonable care. This obligation does not apply to information that is public through no breach, already known without restriction, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.
Suspension, cancellation, and termination
ReviewRobot may pause an integration or suspend access to protect customers, providers, or the service; respond to suspected misuse; or comply with law. We may terminate an account for a material or repeated violation of these terms, nonpayment, unlawful use, or risk to the service or others.
You may stop using ReviewRobot at any time and may request account deletion through in-app Support or support@reviewrobot.ai. Termination does not erase payment obligations already incurred. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
Beta and preview features
A feature identified as beta, preview, pilot, or test may be changed or discontinued and may be less reliable than a generally available feature. Do not rely on a preview feature for critical business operations. Separate written pilot terms may add to these terms.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEWROBOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." REVIEWROBOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR PRODUCE A PARTICULAR BUSINESS, RANKING, REPUTATION, OR REVENUE RESULT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEWROBOT AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID TO REVIEWROBOT DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReviewRobot and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your approved public replies, your connected business or provider accounts, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or another person's rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction over a dispute arising out of these terms or the service, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.
General terms
You may not assign these terms without ReviewRobot's written consent. ReviewRobot may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, and any signed order or pilot terms are the entire agreement about the service and supersede prior discussions on that subject.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. We will provide notice of a material change, and continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance. Questions may be sent to support@reviewrobot.ai.
